Family Activities
ARTSPARK is the perfect place for the entire family to find beauty, excitement and have fun together.
Open areas for picnics and games abound, or enjoy the quiet, leafy solitude of the woodland garden. Our canoe launch at the east end of our property takes you right down to the water's edge to launch your boat, fish or just enjoy the serenity of the water. During the course of your visit, you may also see artists from our classes working on a painting or drawing or commissioned artists creating a unique, one-of-a-kind sculpture.
There are also a wide range of entertainment and educational opportunities for the entire family to enjoy. The Rhythms on the Riverfront series showcases local and regional performances during the months of June, July and August. Films are shown on the Seybert Terrace during the summer and the annual Broad Ripple Art Fair fills the grounds with 225 unique and original artists every May.
Families also have the opportunity to learn about and create their own outdoor sculpture in one of unique Sculpture In The Park For Families, or Outdoor Sculpture for Teens workshops.
